When will my order ship?

Orders placed can take up to 24-48 hours to be processed and shipped. We process and ship out orders Monday - Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. Please account for non-business days when purchasing. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. The arrival time may vary due to COVID-19, weather conditions, and the shipping carrier.

What shipping methods do you offer?

All orders over $75 receive FREE shipping within the United States.

All orders under $75 will be calculated at checkout.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping carriers are not able to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window.

Can I Cancel My Order?

At this time, all orders placed can not be canceled. Please be aware of this at the time of placing your order.

How much does the shipping cost?

All orders $75 or more within the US will receive free shipping.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

Yes, we do!

Do you ship Internationally?

We do ship internationally, but free shipping is only currently available to domestic US orders over $75.

What do I do when I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

For incorrect orders, email info@shopnetworthy.com with your invoice number. For a damaged item, we will need a clear photo of the damaged area included in the email.

Do you offer size exchanges?

We cannot guarantee the size will still be available at the time of exchange. If you are worried the size will sell out during the return processing time frame, please place a new order. We will provide you with your store credit or to use on your next purchase. *Please note your store credit cannot be applied after a new order is placed.

Do you offer returns?

We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. That is why we offer a 7-day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 7 days of the date you received it and receive store credit or refund to payment method. Merchandise may not be worn, altered, or washed. If your item came with hang tags, they must still be attached. Please be mindful of makeup, lotions, perfume, tanning products, and deodorant as we will not accept garments that have stains + scents from trying on. Bodysuits must have a hygiene sticker attached (without ever being removed) if there is one provided on the item. Returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your store credit if your return does not meet these requirements.

Do you offer return shipping labels?

At this time we do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for their shipping labels. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged returns. We recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise, we will not be able to issue store credit on your item(s). Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return.

Why didn’t I receive full store credit?

If you paid for shipping, please be aware the shipping charge will not be applied to your store credit. Store credit will be the total amount of which you paid for the item.

If you received free shipping, you will receive store credit for the item returned only. You will not receive store credit for the shipping label you purchased to return the item. You are responsible for the return costs.

Can I return items bought with a discount promo code?

You can return orders placed with a promo code back to us, but we can only provide store credit at the discounted paid price shown on your invoice.

Why was my “crop top” a full size Tee shirt?

All of our crop tops come ‘long’ so that the customer can ‘cut’ and ‘modify’ them for the most desired cut and fit to their own chest and body. While Networthy is an inclusive brand, aiming to make every person wearing it’s clothes feel confident and empowered, we still have to work with vendors and manufacturers to create our vision. Currently the manufacturers and vendors we’re collaborating with don’t offer XL+ sizes in crop tops, so we’ve chosen regular T shirts, so that we could accommodate the entire SW community, no matter the shape or size. While we realize this isn’t the ideal situation, and we’re looking into better options for the future, this is how the XL+ crop tops will come as of now.

Why was my hoodie a full size hoodie and not a crop top hoodie?

While we tried to show a few different variations of how you could modify and style Networthy’s products, we understand that our customers come in all shapes and sizes, and want to ensure we’re inclusive and intentional regarding that. We ship our items out as ‘full size’ items, and allow the customers to cut and modify them, to their individual body type.

Why was the size label ‘cut’ on my crop top?

For our first product drop, we struggled to find a crop top style/brand that could accommodate our vision. Due to the pandemic and shipping restrictions, we have to individually source and purchase crop tops from a handful of individual boutiques, and for that reason, we removed the part of the label. While we realize this isn’t the ideal situation, and encourage you to remove the remainder of the label, we’re already looking into better options for the future.

Are your product sizes ‘true to size’?

We’ve added size charts for each of our products, so that you can accurately predict the fit on your body type. These size charts should be accurate and true to size.

Why is a portion of my sale going to Pineapple Support?

Networthy is a brand with a mission to support the SW community, and donating a portion of our sales to Pineapple Support will help provide resources to performers in search of therapy mental health services.

How come the Networthy website doesn’t list the percentage of proceeds that are going to Pineapple Support?

While I (MelRose Michaels) have always been hesitant to donate money to any organization that didn’t list what percentage of proceeds go towards the cause transparently, I actually learned from Pineapple Support themselves, that it’s illegal to list on the ecommerce website the actual percentage of each purchase that goes to the cause or charity being supported. (Strange I know - believe me.) However I do plan to talk about the amount publicly, as it isn’t a secret, I just can’t list it on the website itself.

Is the packaging eco friendly?

The clear poly bags your garments come individually wrapped in are from 100% recycled materials, and are 100% recyclable. We are definitely concerned about our company's impact on the environment, and while we still have room to improve in terms of shipping etc, we’re currently as eco friendly as a new company can be, without having to pass down a high cost to our customers. We’re currently looking into even better options for the future, including eco friendly tape, shipping labels, and more.

How come I can’t purchase the phone case for android or older iphone models?

Phone cases are surprisingly expensive to produce at scale because there are just SO MANY phone makes and models to accommodate, the majority of content creators use iphone products, so we’ve decided to launch our store with the latest iphone model cases at this time. We plan to expand this in the future, and thank you for your patience.

Does Networthy work with brand ambassadors or influencers for promotional marketing?

While we don’t currently have any type of brand ambassador program for Networthy, we are looking into creating one! If you’re potentially interested, please email info@shopnetworthy.com with the subject line “BRAND AMBASSADOR” and we’ll be in touch!

Return to Sender

Networthy is not responsible for any package that has been marked “returned back to sender due to insufficient address”. If your item has been returned back to sender, we will reach out to you to see if you want the package redelivered. You will be charged for the reshipment label. If your item was returned back to sender and you want to return that package, we will deduct the shipping cost from your total amount.

Lost or stolen packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Networthy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package has been delivered and is lost or stolen, please contact USPS and file a claim and report the incident to your local police department.
