To request a return, simply follow the link here and follow the steps to initiate your return.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:NETWORTHY

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
The following items cannot be returned:

- ALL ACCESSORIES: JEWELRY, HATS, HAIR ACCESSORIES, SUNGLASSES, FACE MASKS ARE FINAL SALE
- ALL HANDBAGS ARE FINAL SALE
- ALL INTIMATES: BRALETTES, BRAS, PANTIES ARE FINAL SALE
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- Merchandise may not be worn, altered, or washed. If your item came with hang tags, they must still be attached. Please be mindful of makeup, lotions, perfume, tanning products, and deodorant as we will not accept garments that have stains + scents from trying on. Bodysuits must have a hygiene sticker attached (without ever being removed) if there is one provided on the item. Returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your store credit if your return does not meet these requirements.
